What IBPS PO and Clerk requires
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection specifies an exact size for each file you upload. A photo straight from a phone camera is typically 2 to 6 MB, which every one of these limits will reject, so each file has to be resized and recompressed first.

IBPS sets the same upload requirements across its recruitment processes, so the four files you prepare here are accepted for the Probationary Officer and the Clerk (Customer Service Associate) applications alike. You still submit a separate application for each.

If you have already registered for one of these, the photograph and signature on your profile carry over and you do not need to prepare them again.
What trips people up on IBPS PO and Clerk
Four files, and the last two are where people get stuck
The photograph and signature are the familiar part. The left thumb impression and the handwritten declaration are not, and they are the reason IBPS applications stall. Write the declaration in your own running hand, in English, in black ink, and never in capital letters: a declaration in capitals, typed, or written by somebody else makes the application invalid. Put the thumb impression on white paper in black or blue ink and keep it unsmudged. If you have no left thumb, the right thumb, another finger or a left toe is accepted, provided you name which on the uploaded document.
Your signature has to match the one you give at the centre
IBPS compares the signature you upload with the one you sign on the attendance sheet and call letter on exam day, and a mismatch disqualifies you. So upload the signature you actually sign naturally, not a carefully drawn version you will not reproduce under time pressure.
One more upload this tool does not cover
The Clerk application asks for one thing the PO application does not: your class 10 certificate, and a further certificate under Clause K(ix) where it applies, as a PDF on A4 at no more than 500 KB. That is a document rather than an image, so this tool does not handle it, but the application will not complete without it.
One extra step: alongside the scanned photograph above, Institute of Banking Personnel Selection also asks you to capture a live photo in the form, either through your webcam or by scanning a QR code with your phone. The file you prepare here does not replace that.
How to use this tool
